I know I’m delinquent with a couple of post (I’m looking at you, half-written SPF post), so I just want to apologize for the delay.My much anticipated move has been a bit, er, bumpy. In addition to the normal headaches of moving, I lost a beloved pet to heart failure in the UHaul on the way here.  So, yeah, traumatic move.

That aside, my Internet only got connected late last night, but I’m still drowning in boxes, UHaul’s own screw ups (never let them put a hand truck rental on a separate contract from the truck) and just random “get the house set up” nonsense.

So, Emma was in town (along with Emma’s Hubby).

Once again, there was drinking. If you don’t count the alcohol (ha), I was fairly good – smoked salmon, an english muffin and a few bites of scrambled egg was my meal.

Now, calories aside, I was monetarily decent. I made my way to the chocolate haven that is Kees and bought a big box (justifying it to myself via chocolate’s antioxidants), hit the sale at Anthropologie (sale! sale!), and meandered through Bloomies. Where, despite possessing an active gift card, I did not actually buy anything. I did, however, fall in love with one very beautiful, very yellow strapless dress by Modern Amusement:

Really, I’m not as busty as this picture makes it seem. A C cup on a 5’2 frame just isn’t that forgiving.
