The sun makes a gorgeous picture, but it will wreck havoc on your skin

The sun makes a gorgeous picture, but it will wreak havoc on your skin

Aveda makes a surpringsly satisfying tea for my sweet tooth

Aveda makes a surpringsly satisfying tea for my sweet tooth

It’s midnight, and my sweet tooth is raging.  I’m ogling the bottle of Nutella in my kitchen, and a square of super dark chocolate (which normally kills the sugar craving) has done nothing.  The only thing keeping me in check is the calorie counter at Spark People (where I track my daily cals).

Digging through my cabinets in search of SOMETHING, I stumbled on an old box of Aveda’s Comforting Tea.  And thank goodness that I did – I forgot how effective a mug of this is at curbing my cravings.  The combination of licorice root and peppermint means I don’t need to add any sugar – it’s perfect as it.

If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend.
