An Apology
Thanks to an unbelievably fun wedding on Saturday night (my dear friend married her long term sweetheart, and the resulting celebration was a spirited mix of Jersey Irish and Brooklyn Italian cultures) … We drank, we danced, we drank some more.

I spent today battling a hangover (by applying Chinese food, coffee and a well-timed bloody mary*). That said, I have a doctor’s appointment to muscle through on Monday, so my posting will most likely be on the lighter side. I have a couple of items I’d like to post ASAP, but if I’m delayed/not able to be online as much as I’d like, I’ll pick back up with my normal zest for writing either late that night or on Tuesday.
As always, Kai, AJ and our Femme Friends (including Betsy, Monique and Emma) will be here to keep you entertained.

PS – a very sincere, overdue, public apology to Kai and AJ for bailing on Sunday morning’s brunch plans. I was not able to keep anything down until about 4:30pm. Another time, ladies, I promise!
* Pouring vodka directly down my throat counts as a bloody mary, so long as I follow it with tomato juice. Right?
